Everyone knows that yoga helps you to balance the physical and mental pressures of modern life. Coordinating postures and movements with breathing exercises, yoga will help you to tune in to your body, chill out from your stress and shape up.

Between your work, home and all the demands and stresses in between, it’s easy to lose touch with who you are. Practising yoga can help you to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, clear the mind-talk and clutter in your head and allow you to get back in touch with yourself. And it makes you feel really good too. Our classes are open to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
